WOVEN TOWELS : Last day to order is Sunday March 29 @ 11:59pm.

STORE CLOSING: Last day to order is Sunday April 12 @ 11:59pm.

Note about Caps: We encourage families to buy their swimmer a personalized cap -- it helps coaches quickly spot the swimmers at meets. Our coaches request first or last names on caps. No made-up names (confusing for coaches and makes it hard for officials and timers at meets to identify swimmers).

ORDER CONFIRMATION: After placing your order, look for an email confirmation in your Inbox. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION, YOUR ORDER WAS NOT PLACED.

NO LATE ORDERS: To ensure on time delivery for everyone on your team we are unable to take or change orders after the store closing date.

YOUR ORDER WILL BE READY approximately 15-20 business days after the store closing date. The store closing date is Sunday April 12 @ 11:59pm.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Shipping: You may have your order shipped directly to you (shipping charges apply).

Pick-Up at Swim Team Open House on May 9, 11-1. You may pick up your order at Highlands on Saturday May 9. Please only select this option if you will attend the open house.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Custom items with a team logo or individual name are not eligible for return or exchange for any reason, including incorrect size.
